Tuxpan, Veracruz, one of the most beautiful provinces of the modern, pre-hispanic, and Mexican Republic, nailed strategically in the seaboard of the Gulf of Mexico is key point of entrance to the Huasteca of Veracruz. Place of magical charm that hoards jealously its customs and traditions to celebrate them in its day with dignity and pride:

María and José with the boy Jesus, went every year to Jerusalem for the solemn festival of Easter and on the return to Galilee, to their city of Nazareth, they realized that the young Jesus didn´t come back with them, so they start to look for him, then they went back to find the missed, until they found him inside the temple, chating to the pharises and doctors of the law.

Someone, whose name is lost in the time, yielded a very beautiful treasure to light candles on the streets to light the road of Jesus.
Currently the day of the "missed boy", of deep religious roots is celebrated on December 7th.
